Taking advantage of the free high-speed for the last three days, we drove to Xi'an Lintong Terracotta Warriors and Horses and Huashan by ourselves.

It is also the largest ancient military museum in China.

This trip is for me, my sister, my brother-in-law, grandson, and rider Xiao Peng. We are waiting for him at the gate of Xiao Peng's factory.

Where Xiao Peng works.

We ate here at noon, with our own self-heated rice.

About to enter the Qinling Zhongnanshan Tunnel with a length of 18.02km.

It is the longest high-speed tunnel in the world, and it is also the most beautiful tunnel. Walking through it is like entering a space-time tunnel.

Different positions and different colors of lights constitute a world of light in the tunnel. The sky is full of white clouds, the underground is shaded by green trees, and the special lights are like a small pocket park.
The tunnel has the world's most advanced special lighting belt, which can relieve the driver's visual fatigue and greatly ensure the safety of driving.

After seven hours of travel, I finally arrived.

The road dedicated to the terracotta warriors and horses is still beautiful on both sides.

We found accommodation and parked the car. It was already more than five o'clock in the afternoon. We asked the proprietress, she said that the terracotta warriors and horses would close at 9 o'clock in the evening, and we immediately came to the terracotta warriors and horses museum.
Tickets for the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum are 150, 65-year-olds and soldiers, and the disabled are free, and those under 16 are free of charge regardless of height.

The pit of terracotta warriors and horses was discovered from 1974 to 1976. The museum was opened to the public in 1979 at home and abroad. The discovery of terracotta warriors and horses is known as the eighth wonder of the world and a great discovery in the history of archaeology in the 20th century.

From this picture, we can't see where we are.

After entering, there is a tourist bus on the left that sells tickets. We did not take the tourist bus. Following the current, we walked onto the boulevard.

There are many persimmons on the tree.

The green lawn and green trees form a beautiful landscape painting.

Not long after we walked, we came to a gate. After we entered, it was the location of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Pit. The first thing we visited was the Mausoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang.

It was almost evening, and there were so many people from afar.

Our country was the first to smelt copper, and many exquisite utensils were made from copper.

Before paper was invented, it was written with bamboo slips.

These two vehicles are four-horse single-coil, assembled from 3,400 parts and components. The craftsmanship is exquisite and the shape is lifelike. They are the earliest unearthed cultural relics in my country, the most complete driving equipment, the highest level, and the most refined bronze treasures. , Is also the world's largest bronze ware discovered by archaeology.

This is where the pottery figurines were found.

There was an endless stream of visitors.

The Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum of Qin Shihuang has No. 1, 2 and 3, and three pits of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses. Pit No. 1 is a main army formation with chariots and infantry. The total area is 14,260 square meters and there are about 6000 life-size pottery figurines.

This is 1974. A local farmer drilled a well and found a pair of broken pottery figurines.

These brave warriors, wearing armors and riding war horses, have strict military disciplines, standing one by one, for more than 2,000 years.

Pit No. 1 is the largest of the Qin warriors. It is 230 meters long from east to west, 62 meters wide, and has a total area of 14,260 square meters. So far, 4,000 square meters have been excavated. Nearly 2,000 pottery warriors, horses, and 20 wooden chariots have been unearthed. It is estimated that there are more than 6,000 pottery figurines buried in Pit No. 1 and there are about 50 chariots.

Pit No. 2 is the essence of the Qin warriors. It covers an area of 6000 square meters and consists of four units. The four square formations are composed of cavalry, chariots, and crossbowmen. It is strictly orderly and impeccable.

This is a typical cultural relic unearthed in the second pit.
The standing warriors are a special type of troops among the Qin warriors. The weapons they hold are crossbows, and together with the standing warriors, they form a square crossbowman.

The kneeling warriors are the same as the standing warriors, and their arms are crossbows, and together with the standing warriors, they form an army of crossbowmen.

Warrior warriors and ordinary soldiers, as the main body of the army formation, are the most unearthed in the Qin warrior pits. They can be divided into two categories according to their clothing, namely, warriors and armored warriors.

The cavalry warriors are mostly used for surprise attacks in wartime.

The high-ranking warrior figurines, commonly known as the generals, are very few of the Qin figurines, and less than 10 unearthed, which are divided into two types: war-running generals and armored generals.

The warrior figurines in Pit No. 3 are arranged in the form of a sanitary guard formation, symbolizing the ancient military curtain and the command system of the military formation.

From a distance, look at the tall and antique Qin Shihuang’s mausoleum exhibition hall.
