I wanted to find a short-distance destination with few people during the Ching Ming Festival. I watched a circle and decided to go to Bawanghai, Caoke Township. I stopped by eating beef and admiring pear blossoms in Jiuxiang Town along the way. Unfortunately, the weather was not strong, and the two days were cloudy. Departing from Chengdu at normal time in the morning, all the way to Wenqiong-Chengya-Yasi to the Jiuxiang off-highway, go straight to the yellow beef that has the most people at the high-speed exit. Basically, every time you go to Iasi, you only need to pass by Jiuxiang for meals. Everyone would come down for a yellow beef. After lunch, I walked up the mountain in front of the restaurant and patted pear flowers.

After going down the mountain to Hanyuan, the traffic jam in Jiuxiang Town is quite severe, but it is very close to Hanyuan, only a dozen kilometers. I have passed by Hanyuan many times and have not come down and walked. This time I decided to go to Hanyuan Lake. Because I saw a wetland park on the map, I found that it was still under construction. But if it’s sunny, Hanyuan Lake is still pretty.

After leaving Hanyuan, continue to Yaxi all the way to Shimian Expressway, and then follow the navigation along the Dadu River towards Luding until you reach Caoke Township.

It was still cloudy the next day, but it didn’t rain, so I drove to Bawanghai as planned. Driving from Caoke Township did not reach Bawanghai. It would take two hours to walk. The road to the starting point of the hike is very long. Well, the first section is a cement road, and the next section of gravel road needs to be careful. The scenery along the way is very good, you can stop and take pictures in a wide area, but pay attention to the vehicles.

There is a large parking lot at the starting point of the hike, and the parking fee is 25, and each person is charged 10 yuan for garbage cleaning. Because it is not raining, the hiking path is fairly easy to walk. If you are physically weak, you can choose to ride a horse or a local Motorcycles. I encountered many tourists walking from Zimei Village along the way. It is said that Zimei Village can drive to Bawanghai.

It takes about two hours to get to Bawanghai. This season is a dry season, and there is no good view. Because it is too cold, I took a few photos and ate something and then went down the mountain. Bawanghai does not have any food, Please remember to bring your own.

Going down the mountain is relatively fast, I arrived at the parking lot in an hour, and then drove directly to Caoke Township to settle the lunch, and drove all the way back to Chengdu.
